Questions clinics ask us.
What is the best dental clinic management software in Saudi Arabia?
Dentanov is dental practice management software built for Saudi clinics: Arabic-first, cloud-based, with dental and periodontal charting, appointments, end-to-end NPHIES insurance claims, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices and PDPL tools in one system.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Dentanov runs in the browser, so reception, the chair-side computer and the owner's laptop all use the same system.
Is Dentanov NPHIES certified?
Dentanov's NPHIES integration is built end to end: eligibility at booking, pre-authorisation with DCAF, payer communications, claims and batches, resubmission and settlement, with every message checked against the official NPHIES guide. Formal CHI certification is in progress, and we will share the status openly during your demo.
Are the invoices ZATCA-compliant?
Yes. Dentanov is built for ZATCA Phase 2: invoices are signed, carry the ZATCA QR code and print in Arabic and English, with credit and debit notes and citizen VAT zero-rating. We onboard your clinic with ZATCA at go-live.
Which cities in Saudi Arabia does Dentanov serve?
Dentanov is cloud-based, so it works for dental clinics anywhere in the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam and Khobar, for single clinics and multi-branch groups.
Can each dentist see only their own patients and diary?
Yes. Each doctor sees and books only their own diary, and role-based access means staff see only what their role needs. For example, clinical staff do not see patient phone numbers.
Where is our clinic's data stored?
Your data is held on secure servers chosen with you at onboarding, separated from other clinics, with encrypted connections, role-based access and an append-only audit trail. We will confirm the hosting location in your proposal so it fits your PDPL obligations.
Can you move our data from R4 or our current system?
Yes. Patient import from your previous system, including R4, is in development. We plan the move with you as part of onboarding so your patient list and history come across.
What do we need to run Dentanov?
A computer or tablet with a modern web browser and an internet connection at each desk and chair. There is no server to buy and nothing to install in the clinic.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes. Every clinic gets onboarding and training for each role, from reception to the dentists and accounts, and support in Arabic and English. The details are set out in your proposal.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on the size of your clinic, such as the number of chairs and branches. After the demo we send a clear proposal with the price and an onboarding plan.
Is Dentanov secure?
Yes. Each person signs in to only the screens their role needs, two-factor sign-in is required for administrators and available for all staff, every access and change is recorded in an append-only audit trail, and PDPL tools cover consent, data-subject requests, breaches and retention.
How do we get started?
Book a demo below. We will walk through your clinic's workflow, show Dentanov running it, and prepare a proposal that fits your number of chairs and branches.
